How can I find prices of classes?
All the details of classes can be found in the about section on the Facebook event or in the details of the event on the allevents,in site. This includes price, time, who is facilitating, how to pay, ticket link, what the class is about and what to bring. Please read these before messaging as we get so many messages for many things plus it will save you time waiting for a reply. We try to ensure our classes have as much details as we can.
How do I register for classes?
All of our classes listed on Facebook have a ticket link. This will take you to allevents.in where you can purchase a ticket using a credit card or a paypal account. You can pay in person with cash or debit or send an email money transfer but this must be done at least 2 days prior to the class date.
Can I drop in?
No, all our classes require prepaid registration unless otherwise stated in the class details. We won't refuse anyone but we will also make a note for future classes. We cannot guarantee space nor will you be notified of any class changes. Plus we have a higher price for payments received the day of class, so it is 100% better for you to register as per class instructions.
Can I sent a money transfer?
Yes we accept EMT's, you must check to ensure there is room before sending payment, please include your name, email and phone number so we can create a ticket and of course what class you are attending. All EMT's can be sent to our email firstname.lastname@example.org, but please check class availability first
Can I pay with a credit card?
yes, we do prefer you use the booking site if you wish to use a CC but you can pay in person but only for classes that value over $50.00. Anything under $50 must be cash or debit
Is there parking?
Yes, there is street parking and the lot behind us is free evenings and weekends as is all of downtown. Paid parking is only until 5pm Mon - Fri.
What do I need to bring?
Most classes required a yoga mat or something to lay on the floor with, a cushion or pillow and a blanket. If its a meditation class this will be the standard. We do have extra supplies when needed. Bring water if you like but we do usually have bottled water available for sale.
My registration didn't go through
Sometimes there can be an issue with the payments going through. If it does not work for you the first time please wait a few min and try again before messaging us. I find that 9 times out of 10 a person has success when they try again, if it still doesn't just send an email money transfer or you can pay in person with cash or debit but this must be prior to class.
How do I know my registration went through?
When you register and it goes through correctly you will receive an email AND a text message as long as you enter a valid phone number and email address. Please use emails and phone numbers that are valid as we will often send emails to those registered if there is a cancellation or if there is important information you need to know. Using an invalid email or an email you do not check often can result in missing out on important notices. If you think you registered and you DID NOT receive any email, please check your credit card or paypal to verify the payment, if no information shows up YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED. The Soul Center is not responsible to follow up with anyone marked as a "lead" but we do send emails. Leads are created in an event if there was a payment processing issue. So this is also why its important to use a valid email.
Do I get a refund if the class is canceled?
Yes, we will contact you if a class is canceled and give the option for a refund or you can also put the fee towards another class. We will let you decide.
What is the age limit?
The age limit for all classes is 18+ unless other wise specified. When we do kids classes the ages will be posted. The reason for this is allot of our classes contain adult content or we open up for group discussions and other may not feel comfortable sharing personal information with a youth present.
Do I need to bring a printed ticket?
No, we do not need a copy of your ticket. Though to ensure you registration was completed correctly you should receive one via email.
What if I cannot make it?
We ask that you message us, email or call to let us know if you are unable to make it to class. We understand that you cannot plan for the unexpected.
Is there available tickets for a class?
If you want to register for a class but want to know if there is room you can easily tell by going to the ticket link, pick the qty you want. If there is no room it will not let you register.
