Santana has recently completed her 200hr YYT and is excited to bring a mind, body, breath connection with Hatha and Yin Style Yoga.

Yoga is a practice of mind, body and breath, this is not about flexibility but about adding flexibility to your life. The older we get the more stiff our joints, ligaments and tendons become, this creates joint pains and lack of mobility. Improving mobility can help bring more quality to your life, for things like walking, being active with your family, sleeping better, reduce stress and even simple house work.
We will strive to teach yoga at a basic level, to remove the stigma that it is difficult or impossible. Remove the unrealistic view of what you perceive yoga to be, open your mind for the possibilities that you may actually feel really good about yourself after yoga.
This type of practice can help with self esteem, self awareness and overall self
Yoga is a form of energy practice by using movement, breath and focus. Movements are mindfully made, your breath becomes your flow, and your practice becomes your focus.

Full Moon and New Moon Yoga Working with the moon phases is about understanding the effect on our emotions and moods. Each class will have poses for the sign the moon phase will be in, we will talk about the energies and to work with that flow
Beginners Yoga This class will break down poses, go through the flow and breath using mindful movements and easy to understand poses. This a great foundation for anyone that wants to give yoga a try.
