Lions Paw Shell
Lion's Paw seashells are brown or white, purple and orange. They are large scallops with an endless amount of practical uses. These seashells are found along the Carolina's coasts, throughout the Gulf of Mexico and down the Atlantic side of South America. Lion's paws are thick and sturdy scallop shells. They are normally found down to a depth of 100 feet on the surface of the bottom of the ocean, almost always a rocky bottom
