Namaste, My name is Janie and I am a Reiki Master, Meditation Teacher and Yoga Instructor. My passion is to heal and guide people through their journey. To do this not only will I be offering my energy though Individual Guidance of one on one Reiki sessions but with Couples energy connection sessions. Helping Couples through deepening their bond, healing, blocks. Couples Reiki is not limited to a romantic nature. Reiki for two strengthens any relationship between friends and family. Each session will include a consultation and guidance to you individual needs. Or try something unique through Traditional Indian Head Massage (Champissage). Champissage activates Marma points in the head, neck and shoulders to provide healing on a physical, mental and emotional level.
My journey started the day I let go. I always was a intuitive person and very good at reading people. Of course, chopped it up to a learned trait. It wasn’t until my own spiritual journey did my path start to align. I am a passionate traveler, with a love for culture. With my experiences I became an advocate for living in the Now with a spirit to help and hold space for others. I decided I was going to let go, stop blocking myself and have a “Yes Year”. If an opportunity came up, I was going to trust the universe and my intuition and say “Yes”. Now trust me throughout the year I had several “Are you sure?” moments but I took the leap. It started with me getting back into my Yoga Practice and Meditation. Which lead me to become a Meditation Teacher and Reiki Master. Then become a yoga instructor and most recently certified in Champissage- Traditional Indian Head Massage. Saying yes set me on this personal and professional journey that is continuously growing. My desire is to share this with people. To set them on their own Yes Path.
